Job summary

GoldOller Real Estate Investments is seeking a Service Technician to join our property teams. You will ensure homes are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained, respond to resident needs, and prepare units for new residents with care and precision.

You will work on site, manage maintenance tasks, coordinate with the Service Manager, and uphold our standards of excellence across multiple communities. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a resident‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience or completion of a technical trade program.
• EPA Certification required; CAMT or CPO preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Handle maintenance requests and complete tasks within 24 hours.
• Inspect units at move-in/move-out and document appropriate charges.
• Communicate daily with the Service Manager and provide updates.
• Perform monthly preventative maintenance and report on what was done.
• Maintain all safety procedures, logs, and work areas.
