• Familiarity with residential mortgage loan documentation and TRID.
• Experience with electronic and physical file management.

Responsibilities

• Calculate final closing costs and balance Closing Disclosures.
• Communicate effectively with all parties and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate closing schedules with various stakeholders.
