Job summary

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience required; training or teaching preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, plan, and present onboarding, orientation, and skills training for employees. Conducts new hire and progressive training. Create and edit training manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Maintains records of training activities, attendance, test results, and retraining requirements; develops training activities and mock scenarios.
• Assists with Compliance training and the e-learning site.
• Assists Training Manager with various projects and initiatives.
• Performs other job related duties as assigned.
