Job summary

Radiant Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused associate to assist members with secured and unsecured loan needs in a Gainesville call-center environment. You will set up new accounts, explain loan products such as GAP, MBP, and debt protection, and build member relationships to generate future loan opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling loan applications, ensuring compliance with CU policies and state/federal regulations, and supporting branch staff with inquiries.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.
• Interpersonal skills for confidential member interactions.
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator and computer keyboard.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with unsecured and secured loan applications and inquiries, including cross-sell opportunities.
• Guide customers on products such as GAP, MBP, and debt protection.
• Prepare documents for loan processing and underwriting and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Make outbound calls to build business and promote member retention.
• Support branch staff with loan questions.
