Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a Mobile HVAC Technician to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R systems across assigned facilities in Birmingham, AL. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate repairs to maximize efficiency and uptime.

The role requires a minimum of four years in building engineering with HVAC/R expertise, including willingness to provide on-call support. A valid driver’s license and CMMS experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in building engineering with HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical experience.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration is preferred.
• Knowledge of system design and applications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC/R systems and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders.
• Update work order status in real time and use Corrigo CMMS.
• Be on-call and available for shifts as needed.
