Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing and production equipment across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, uptime, safety and thorough documentation of past experiences.

You will perform preventive and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems, using CMMS for real-time updates and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Must have universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment repair/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical, electrical and other systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair HVAC/R systems and related equipment and electrical distribution.
• Inspect facilities and report conditions impacting client occupancy and operations.
