Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Louisville, KY is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across assigned facilities. The role emphasizes energy efficiency, safety, and minimizing downtime through proactive repairs.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document work, use Corrigo CMMS, and coordinate with building operations. A valid state driver's license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering with strong HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical and production equipment repair knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive and repair work orders on facility mechanical and electrical systems.
• Maintain, operate and repair all HVAC/R systems and related equipment (electrical distribution, plumbing, and building repairs).
• Study and become familiar with equipment and procedures used in daily activities.
• Perform facility inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions affecting client occupancy and operations.
• Submit P-card receipts daily and update work orders in real time.
• Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo for all work performed.
