Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar field.
• 5–10 years commercial design-build or construction management experience.
• Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is incorporated into project planning and execution.
• Coordinate with owner, design team, and trade partners; manage communications.
• Plan and monitor project costs, schedule, and progress; adjust as needed.
• Lead pre-job planning, procurement, and trade partner coordination.
• Maintain quality control plans and ensure commissioning readiness.
• Mentor and develop team members and provide timely performance feedback.
