Job summary

JCW Group is seeking an on-site engineer in Northeast Kansas to support the rollout of a new MES platform. This 12-month contract role requires full-time on-site work five days a week, at a regulated manufacturing site within a global rollout program.

You will build, deploy and support MES applications, serving as the local liaison to the global technical team while collaborating with operations and quality teams to prototype and release changes in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• IT or technical support experience with solid understanding of OT, IT, infrastructure, software, data and cloud.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to learn fast.
• Full-time presence on site, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and support MES applications and integrations, including day-to-day platform support (development, security and operations).
• Be the local point of contact between the site and the global technical team.
• Work with operations and quality teams to prototype, test and release changes in a regulated environment.
