Job summary

Value Driven Solutions, Inc. is seeking an MES Implementation Consultant for a contract role in Los Angeles to implement a manufacturing execution system spanning raw materials to finished goods and connect shop floor processes to the ERP.

You will run requirements workshops, configure work orders, routings, genealogy/traceability, quality checks and OEE; build MES-ERP integrations; support data migration, go-live and hypercare on site; and train client super-users and document SOPs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing MES/MOM platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell Plex/FactoryTalk, AVEVA, DELMIA Apriso, Critical Manufacturing)
• Integration experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or Epicor ERP
• Working knowledge of ISA-95 and shop floor processes
• At least two full-cycle MES go-lives
