Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking an on-site Member Experience Coordinator (MEX) to act as the primary contact and personal advocate for our members. You will blend luxury concierge service with healthcare precision, guiding members from enrollment through program completion while ensuring seamless, compliant interactions across channels.

The role covers center operations, patient communications, appointment scheduling, and EMR maintenance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in Hospitality, guest services, or client-facing roles
• Administrative experience such as scheduling, data entry, or record keeping
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for members
• Manage patient information in HIPAA-compliant systems
• Process orders from patients and coordinate lab tests
• Schedule assessments and maintain EMR records
• Communicate effectively with members and internal teams
• Support KPI tracking and center operations
• Travel to provide coverage across Cenegenics centers when needed
