Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking a on-site Member Experience Coordinator (MEX) to deliver white-glove service across the patient lifecycle. You will support center operations, manage patient communications, and coordinate with physicians and health coaches to ensure satisfaction and program adherence.

Ideal candidates will have 1–3+ years in hospitality or client-facing roles, strong confidentiality, and a proactive, collaborative approach to address member needs and optimize processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1 to 3+ years of Hospitality, guest services, or client-facing role.
• Administrative experience such as scheduling, data entry, correspondence, or record keeping.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive patient information (HIPAA).
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed in appearance.
• Commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive work environment.
• Ability to multitask and triage incoming requests in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MEX to centers and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient information.
• Process orders and manage lab and prescription requests.
• Schedule and maintain calendar appointments with physicians and coaches.
• Assist with patient communications across channels and resolve complaints with professionalism.
• Support KPI achievement and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide center coverage, including travel to other centers as needed.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new team members.
