Cenegenics, LLC. seeks a on-site Member Experience Coordinator (MEX) in Las Vegas to be the member’s primary advocate. You will ensure a seamless, white-glove experience from enrollment through program lifecycle, coordinating with centers, physicians, and performance coaches.

Role requires HIPAA compliance, strong communication, and operational precision to support KPIs while maintaining accurate EMR records and timely member interactions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3+ years in hospitality, guest services or client-facing roles.
• Administrative experience such as scheduling, data entry, or record keeping.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA and proprietary information.
• Professional appearance and inclusive mindset.
• Multitasking across requests in a timely manner.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary MEX contact for centers and members.
• Maintain patient information compliant with HIPAA and PHI rules.
• Process program changes, orders, and lab testing needs.
• Schedule appointments with physicians and health coaches.
• Manage patient profiles and EMR data with accuracy.
• Track follow-ups, reconcile accounts, and communicate effectively.
• Support KPI achievement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Travel to provide center coverage as needed.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Enhance member experience by piloting improvements and Salesforce usage.
