You will educate on nutrition and exercise, coordinate consultations, manage communications, and support physicians to guide members toward personalized wellness plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field or equivalent experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required.
• ACSM Certification preferred.
• At least five years of health-related teaching or coaching experience.
• 2+ years of client-facing sales/retail or service industry experience.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lifestyle summary sheets based on health data and labs.
• Educate members on nutraceuticals and nutrition plans.
• Assess eating habits and educate on Cenegenics nutrition protocols.
• Conduct fitness assessments including body composition and endurance.
• Schedule follow-ups and coordinate with physicians and PHCs.
• Manage communications via phone, text, and video conferencing.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain patient records.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and data integrity.
