Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Coordinator to serve as the primary contact for our members, delivering a seamless white-glove experience from enrollment through the full program lifecycle.

You will manage EMR-based workflows, schedule assessments, process lab orders, and communicate across patients and clinicians while upholding HIPAA standards and driving KPI outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MEX to centers and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient information
• Process orders from patients (prescriptions, OTCs, nutraceuticals) and labs
• Schedule and manage calendar appointments with physicians and health coaches
• Maintain patient profiles and digital charts with data integrity
• Track reports, follow-ups, and reconcile patient accounts
• Communicate professionally with patients and internal teams; resolve issues and delays
• Assist in center coverage travel and onboarding new team members
• Engage in program enhancements and Salesforce function testing
