Job summary

Cenegenics is seeking an on-site Performance Health Coach and Member Experience Coordinator (PHC/MEX) to ensure a 5-star experience for patients. You will educate on nutrition and exercise, tailor regimens from health assessments and lab findings, and coordinate follow-ups with physicians and the care team.

The role combines clinical coaching with front-desk responsibilities, including scheduling, intake updates, and patient communications via app and messaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, exercise science or related field or equivalent experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• ACSM certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of health-related teaching or coaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Educate members on nutrition and exercise based on assessments and lab results.
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up consultations with physicians and PHCs.
• Manage patient interactions via health coach app, SMS, and video conferencing.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and administration tasks.
