Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years in fiscal/admissions/registration or Associate degree with 1 year of experience
• Experience in patient registration, check-in/check-out workflows, insurance verification, and billing/claims processing
• Knowledge of medical terminology, third-party coverage, and managed care regulations
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; ability to train staff and handle stressful situations

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site patient arrival operations; coordinate daily staff workflows; train/orient new team members; represent management
• Monitor patient flow; adjust to volume and staffing changes; ensure precertification requirements are met; update demographics/insurance records
• Oversee health insurance verification; coordinate billing/claims resolution with clinical/ancillary teams; manage revenue reports
• Perform statistical reporting and data analysis to support financial guidelines; ensure accurate claims processing; communicate feedback to management
