Job summary

The position requires a High School Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience; an Associate Degree in Business Administration is preferred and biotech/medical device exposure is a plus. This is 100% on-site in Arecibo.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Experience in biotech, bio-instruments, medical device, or regulated industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales order and inventory management support to the sales force.
• Support hospitals, clinics, physicians, and other customers with product and service requests.
• Receive, process, and fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Provide inventory support and assist with product availability requirements.
• Handle orders and customer requests involving special circumstances.
• Maintain accurate information and documentation related to customer orders and inventory.
• Follow established company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order, inventory, or customer-related issues.
