Job summary

Prescott’s Med is seeking an Inventory Associate to verify, track, and maintain inventory integrity in a fast-paced medical device environment. This role supports internal operations and external orders, ensuring parts are handled, documented, and shipped per quality protocols.

The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable in a hands-on setting where quality and compliance are essential. The position operates onsite at our Monument, CO facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in inventory control or warehouse operations (GMP medical manufacturing preferred).
• Proficient with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred, plus Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Performs cycle counts daily to verify quantities in NetSuite.
• Enters cycle counts into NetSuite.
• Performs spot checks of counts based on orders.
• Receives parts internally for finished goods.
• Receives parts returned from the field.
• Verifies all parts for finished goods have the correct completed paperwork.
• Packs and stores parts for finished goods with proper documentation.
• Ensures PCB parts are stored in anti-static bags.
• Locates parts for colleagues as needed.
• Transacts all movements of parts in NetSuite accurately.
• Verifies order quantities and inspects parts before fulfillment.
• Picks parts for orders from finished goods.
• Completes Quality Control documents at picking time.
• Packages shipments for safe arrival and ships per guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
