Qualifications

• 2+ years in shipping/receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Customer service experience in technical/service environments.
• Proficient with shipping carriers and inventory software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments, unload, inspect, verify, and stock inventory.
• Prepare outgoing shipments, pick, pack, label, and arrange carrier pickups.
• Maintain accurate shipping/receiving records in the system.
• Organize and stock warehouse inventory, perform cycle counts and audits.
• Respond to customer inquiries about orders and shipping status.
• Support service team with repairs, returns, and exchanges; assist with logistics tasks.
