Job summary

Qualifications

• Clinical support: vitals, histories, exams, basic tests.
• Patient care and communication with seniors, education.
• Administrative: scheduling, patient flow, calls, documentation.
• Technical: EHRs, basic computer apps, office equipment.
• MA program and certification preferred.
• Senior/primary care experience helpful; Medicare knowledge.
• Reliable on-site; follows clinical protocols; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Room patients, record vitals and histories, prepare exam rooms, assist with exams and minor procedures.
• Coordinate patient flow, manage calls, schedule appointments, document in EHR.
• Perform basic clinical tests, administer injections as permitted, reinforce care plans and patient education, maintain a clean environment.
• Collaborate with Care Team to deliver respectful, compassionate care to older patients.
