Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corp in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Production Planner to ensure master production schedule adherence and material readiness. The role requires planning, coordinating materials, and resolving production issues to keep demand and schedules aligned.

You will work closely with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Engineering to optimize flow, reduce waste, and improve throughput with a focus on continuous improvement and on-site execution. A BA is required; APICS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Two+ years of related experience in planning or supply chain.
• APICS certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control production schedules to meet master production schedule goals.
• Coordinate material movements and ensure item master and BOM accuracy.
• Advise management on work in progress, material availability, and production issues.
• Work with Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Engineering and Inventory control to ensure smooth flow.
