Responsabilidades

• Lead, supervise, coach, mentor and evaluate production employees to maximize quality and engagement.
• Establish clear performance expectations and hold team members accountable for results.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and support employee development.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and train employees as needed.
• Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, communication and continuous learning.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production activities to meet production goals.
• Monitor departmental performance and adjust resources to achieve productivity targets.
• Manage production schedules, work orders, labor requirements, and material availability.
• Coordinate activities between departments and lead daily production team meetings.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, and efficiency.
• Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recommend improvements to equipment, processes, material flow, and layout.
• Monitor KPIs and develop action plans to address performance gaps.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Partner with Quality and Engineering to reduce defects and improve processes.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with Maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and root cause analysis.
• Support preventive maintenance and production planning.
• Communicate company objectives, policy changes, and production updates effectively.
• Prepare and distribute production, maintenance, safety, and project status reports.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
