Senneca Holdings seeks an experienced Production Supervisor for its Frederick, Maryland facility. The role oversees daily production activities, enforces safety and quality standards, and leads continuous improvement with a hands-on leadership style.

The ideal candidate will manage performance, train staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, safe production and strong customer-focused results. Onsite, with full benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business/operations/technical field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, safety standards, and quality systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP or production-tracking systems a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and direct all employees and production activities within assigned area.
• Promote safety and compliance with EHS policies.
• Monitor performance; provide coaching and corrective action.
• Complete daily production reports and document data.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, engineering, planning.
• Provide on-the-job and cross-training.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain production paperwork and align with customer requirements.
• Lead quality audits and corrective actions.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work areas.
• Support company policies and floor leadership.
• Remain flexible across lines/shifts.
