Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture and ensure OSHA compliance across shifts.
• Monitor quality and production metrics, drive defect reduction.
• Plan and allocate resources; optimize manpower, materials, equipment.
• Communicate with management and frontline staff; coordinate meetings.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training; mentor team members.
• Set performance expectations and conduct reviews; support improvement.
• Identify root causes; lead continuous improvement projects.
• Adapt workflows to schedule changes and urgent issues; manage crises.
