Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, operations, or technical field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP or production-tracking systems a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct all employees and production activities within assigned area.
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and promote a safety-first culture.
• Maintain working knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality requirements.
• Ensure production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
• Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance; provide coaching and corrective action as needed.
• Complete daily production reports and ensure operational data is accurately recorded and communicated.
• Partner with internal teams (quality, maintenance, engineering, planning) to ensure smooth flow of work and issue resolution.
• Provide on-the-job training and cross-training to build skill depth and bench strength.
