Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees in a manufacturing and assembly environment and assign work.
• Provide coaching, development, and performance reviews; manage hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure training and compliance with SOPs, WIs, SPCs, and FDA regulations.
• Schedule shifts and monitor quality and safety during each shift.
• Lead continuous process improvement to reduce scrap and cycle times.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and perform safety inspections.
• Coordinate data collection for shift handoffs and communications.
• Support customer service-oriented interactions with internal and external customers.
