Job summary

The position leads production processes and shifts, ensuring adherence to procedures, quality, safety, and schedules while optimizing costs and efficiency. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing with leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of SOPs and GMPs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing and leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience with Lean Sigma programs is a plus.
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety policies.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% (up to 13 days per year).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day production activities on the assigned shift.
• Create short-interval look-ahead production schedules to communicate and track events.
• Promote site initiatives including safety programs and Lean initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMPs, and quality standards.
• Coach employees to improve performance and teamwork.
• Manage resources to ensure on-time production and on-time delivery.
