Job summary

This role requires Lean Manufacturing expertise, coaching, and strong communication across all levels of the organization. The role focuses on driving quality, delivery and efficiency improvements, with 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years relative experience; minimum 5 years in lean manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employees to achieve organizational goals and develop direct reports.
• Drive sustainable improvements using lean methods and change management processes.
• Plan and eliminate waste by applying lean principles across the site.
