Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking a hands-on manufacturing leader to direct daily operations in an ISO/AS9100 environment, overseeing welding and assembly with a staff of 40–50. The role focuses on delivering and sustaining high-quality output and on-time delivery after strong production planning.

You will drive Lean initiatives, monitor KPIs, mentor teams, and partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve root causes, while coordinating with Supply Chain on material replenishment and planning.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (or related field) required.
• 8+ years of manufacturing experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience managing welding and assembly operations in ISO/AS9100 settings.
• On-site Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations with 40-50 employees.
• Create and manage production plans to meet customer delivery commitments.
• Drive operational excellence via resource allocation, workforce planning, and production scheduling.
• Partner with Quality and Engineering to drive root cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions; collaborate with Supply Chain for material replenishment.
• Contribute to annual operating plans and long-term strategic initiatives.
