Top Echelon LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead and coordinate production activities, ensuring schedules, quality and lean practices are followed. You will manage workflow, inventory, and safety while fostering teamwork on the shop floor.

The role requires 5+ years in production supervision, Lean experience, and ability to read drawings. Forklift operation and MIG welding are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in a manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years in production supervision or line leadership.
• 2+ years supervising employees.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Lean/continuous-improvement experience.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• MIG welding experience preferred.
• Proficient with forklift operation.

• Coordinate, direct and lead production employees to meet production budgets.
• Determine and assign work schedules and expedite workflow.
• Coordinate materials and maintain inventory levels.
• Inspect work for quality and policy conformance; monitor first-piece quality.
• Supervise to ensure top quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
• Implement Lean layouts, techniques and tools in area.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost and safety.
