Confidential Search is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead a high-volume operation including manufacturing, assembly, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution. This hands-on leader will drive operational excellence, safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing, production, distribution, fulfillment, or warehouse operations.
• Experience operating in a high-mix, high-volume, build-to-order environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material flow, production scheduling, and fulfillment operations.
• Experience leading manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse teams.
• Experience with facility consolidations, relocations, expansions, or operational transformations.
• Proven ability to establish new production lines, workflows, or operational processes.
• Experience supporting new product launches and scaling operations for growth.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
• Experience utilizing ERP, WMS, and production planning systems.

• Lead day-to-day operations across manufacturing, warehousing, inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Build, coach, and develop operational teams through training, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Drive operational excellence by improving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate production schedules and fulfillment to ensure accurate, timely customer orders.
• Optimize labor, workflow, and production capacity to meet changing demands.
• Oversee inventory management and material movement, storage, and outbound distribution.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Customer Service, and Leadership to align priorities.
• Lead budgeting, labor planning, capital projects, and cost management initiatives.
