Job summary

OPW Clean Energy Solutions in Ball Ground, GA seeks a Production Supervisor to lead daily production activities in a safety-focused environment. You will translate the production plan into daily execution, manage staffing, and partner with Quality and Engineering to resolve issues.

Candidates should have 3-5 years manufacturing experience in fabrication/welding, strong leadership, and knowledge of welding processes. On-site role with emphasis on SQDC goals and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Lead daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Translate the production plan into daily execution and recover when plans slip.
• Plan and allocate labor, manage staffing and overtime within guidelines.
• Coach employees, develop cross-training, and maintain qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Execute the daily and weekly production schedule and maintain accountability for schedule attainment.
• Plan and allocate labor based on requirements and constraints; manage staffing and overtime.
• Lead meetings, review performance against KPIs, escalate issues timely.
• Coordinate with Quality and Engineering to resolve manufacturing and welding issues and implement corrective actions.
