Job summary

Clover Sonoma, a leading dairy bottling and distribution company based in Petaluma, CA, is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to maintain IT infrastructure across three facilities. The role emphasizes Tier 1/2 end-user support, production systems, and effective problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The candidate will manage Google Workspace, Office 365, and Active Directory, with travel between Petaluma sites and remote distributor locations.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT desktop or technical support experience, ideally in manufacturing/distribution.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Google Workspace and Office 365.
• Experience with Active Directory, device management, and license tracking.
• Familiarity with Route Accounting and Warehouse Mobility systems.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and inventories; strong documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 end-user support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Support production systems, route accounting handheld devices, and warehouse mobility tech.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and procedures; assist audits and compliance.
• Coordinate with infrastructure for network connectivity, VPN, and security.
• Support on-site and remote users; participate in on-call rotation.
