Owens Corning is seeking an HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations for NC locations in Colfax and Stokesdale. The role includes employee relations, onboarding, benefits, payroll coordination, and collaboration with COE partners on HR programs.

The successful candidate will counsel employees and managers, administer HR programs, and drive recruiting efforts for Customer Service roles while ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) a plus.
• Talent Center experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide counseling/coaching to employees and management on employee relations and policy application.
• Administer HR programs including compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, and performance management.
• Develop and maintain business-partner relationships with stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Identify training needs through job analysis and consultations with managers.
• Perform recruiting duties for Customer Service Representative roles and onboarding.
• Promote HR programs and assist management with team communication.
• Continuous improvement of HR processes and training delivery.
