Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing or distribution industry experience preferred.
• Experience with employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and HR compliance.

• Serve as trusted advisor on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and HR best practices.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.
