Job summary

Owens Corning Mt. Vernon, OH is seeking an HR Coordinator to provide HR and benefits administrative support, recruit and onboard hourly and salaried staff, and promote employee engagement across the site and nearby facilities.

The role involves maintaining employee data in SuccessFactors, running reports, administering payroll and benefits requests, coordinating open enrollment, and ensuring confidential handling of information in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor in HR preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in HR administration required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll data and respond to payroll issues.
• Administer benefits processing and open enrollment.
• Manage employee records and confidentiality.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and pre-employment activities.
• Update HR data in SuccessFactors and generate reports.
• Support diversity and engagement initiatives.
