Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service leadership experience
• Manufacturing environment strongly preferred
• Experience leading and developing teams
• ERP and business systems experience is considered ideal
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience with performance management, coaching, and employee development

Responsibilities
