Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Chinese) preferred for HQ coordination.

Responsibilities

• Record vendor bills in QuickBooks.
• Process payments and verify supporting documents.
• Reconcile bank and intercompany accounts.
• Prepare AP aging and assist month-end closing.
• Support HQ reporting and audit preparation.
