Tower Loan is seeking a Manager Trainee for our full-time Manager Development Program. In 10–12 months, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management and branch operations, while earning competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties like delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
