Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Lincoln, NE to perform maintenance on the property under supervision. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic work while supporting make-ready tasks and daily operations.

You will respond to resident requests, help maintain the pool and logs, inspect facilities for hazards, and support the Maintenance Supervisor with safety and record-keeping duties. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Perform preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with the make-ready process and turnover events.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs.
• Inspect grounds and common areas daily for hazards.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance.

Education
