Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Letterman Greensboro Apartments in Greensboro, NC. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include responding to resident requests, performing make-ready tasks, maintaining pools and logs, and keeping the grounds safe and well-kept. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance as assigned.
