You will perform painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC, and pool maintenance, with on-call duties as needed. A team-oriented environment and commitment to safety are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
• Performs general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds; handles resident work orders.
• Duties may include painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Maintains pools: skimmers, chemicals, logs, and daily checks.
• Performs light electrical repairs and tests; replaces bulbs as needed.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to standards; reports issues.
• Supports safety practices and professional conduct; works with team; may be on-call.
