Job summary

Founders Property Management is seeking a Service Technician to ensure apartment homes are market ready and maintained to standard. This on-site role involves a range of tasks from painting and plumbing to HVAC and electrical repairs, with on-call availability and weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance experience, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team to meet property performance goals.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience including painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC.
• Strong communication and time management skills required.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and be on-call.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
• Participates in general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds; completes resident work orders and prepares units for rent.
• Light electrical repairs; adjust procedures to meet production schedules; maintain logs and records.
• Assist in notices distribution and communicate supplies needed for completion.
• Maintain safety and professionalism; support a harmonious team environment.
