Qualifications

• Two years in property maintenance or equivalent field.
• Grace Hill/Yardi On-Line Training – Essential Skills for New Supervisor and Conflict Resolution for Supervisors
• Knowledge of Yardi Maintenance Systems for processing service requests
• HVAC and related certifications where required

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance tasks personally or delegates to Maintenance Technicians.
• Oversees and inspects work performed by Maintenance Technicians.
• Addresses resident service requests with 24-hour turnaround when possible.
• Coordinates maintenance staff and schedules to ensure 24/7 emergency availability.
• Maintains safety standards and records for preventive maintenance.
