Job summary

Mark-Taylor in Gilbert, AZ is hiring a Multi-Site Service Technician to maintain and repair our apartment communities. You will perform make-ready tasks, troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and pool systems, and help keep communities safe and welcoming for residents.

This role requires at least 1 year of service technician experience in multifamily property management, strong problem-solving and good communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of service technician experience in multifamily property management.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry and OSHA safety.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and communication for residents.
• Time management and organization to prioritize work orders and turnovers.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready units to Mark-Taylor standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor HVAC, electrical, plumbing and carpentry issues.
• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on vacant units.
• Maintain pool care and chemical balance, ensuring safety.
• Inspect for hazards and report to Facilities Manager.
• Share on-call duty and respond in uniform when needed.
• Monitor inventory of parts and cleaning supplies.
