Founders Property Management in Paradise Valley, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to keep apartment homes market-ready and well maintained. You will perform a range of tasks across painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and HVAC while ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and reliable availability, including nights or weekends as needed at one of our Phoenix properties.

Qualifications

• Must have strong listening and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reliable teamwork.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical basics.
• Able to perform maintenance tasks at apartment communities.
• On-site availability including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
• Perform general maintenance and upkeep, complete resident work orders.
• Duties may include painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Clean and maintain pool by testing chemicals and logging data.
• Inspect work for conformance to specs and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
