Job summary

Founders Property Management in Sun City, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to ensure apartment homes are market ready and functioning properly. They will perform routine maintenance and repairs to keep units ready for rent at La Fontaine at Sun City.

The role includes painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, HVAC, pool maintenance, and on-call shifts, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction and with benefits and a monthly bonus in addition to base pay.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication, influencing and time management skills.
• Team player with safety-conscious work habits.
• Maintenance experience preferred and welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring our apartment homes are market ready and walked daily.
• Participates in general maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds; completes resident work orders.
• Duties may include painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Cleaning and maintaining pool; test chemicals and maintain logs.
• Door locks, re-keying, P.O. boxes; ensure resident satisfaction on completion.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and on-call.
