Founders Property Management in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Service Technician to ensure apartment homes are market ready and maintained daily, handling painting, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs to keep units rent-ready. You will work with a supportive team, follow safety procedures, document maintenance and respond to resident requests with professionalism.

A high school education is required and HVAC certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Essential duties include maintaining market-ready units and completing resident work orders.
• Includes painting, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, electrical, HVAC.
• Following service processes to ensure resident satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Walk market-ready units daily and document maintenance needs.
• Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Handle on-call duties including nights and weekends as required.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance and work orders.
