Job summary

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our multifamily properties in Bradenton in top condition. You will address work orders, perform repairs, and support make-ready tasks to ensure units are ready for new residents.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, vendor coordination, and maintaining a safe, clean property. A HS diploma, 1–3 years' maintenance experience, EPA certifications, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Experience Preferred: 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• Advanced Skills: Communication and Delivery Skills with ability to connect to people at all levels.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes.
• Licenses and Certificates: Current Valid Driver’s License; EPA Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24 to 48 hours and performs routine maintenance.
• Works on make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and vendor coordination.
• Maintains inventory and follows safety procedures; documents work and communicates with management.
• Assists in inspections to identify safety and risk concerns and comply with policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
